Shipping destinations and costs
Teri James Photography ships to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available.
Shipping is free for all listed items except custom framed prints larger than 24″ × 36″.
For custom framed prints larger than 24″ × 36″, I obtain a shipping quote from the print lab and provide it to you for approval before purchase. Once approved, I create a private listing that includes the agreed shipping fee. You will know the total cost before paying.
Production times
Each piece is made to order. Typical production times are:
- Photo prints and mounted prints: approximately 3 business days.
- Canvas gallery wraps and float-framed canvases: approximately 4 business days.
- Custom framed prints: up to 7 business days.
- During busy holiday periods, production may take up to 2 additional business days.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery estimates
For the continental United States, transit typically takes 1-5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii are typically 3-7 days.
Production and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need your artwork by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing.
Fulfillment and tracking
Artwork is produced and shipped by professional print labs in the United States. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact me at teri@terijames.com or (405) 612-2381. For damaged artwork, please include photos of the item and its packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
