Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return of an eligible item within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify, the item must be undamaged, in its original condition, suitable for resale, and packed in its original shipping packaging.

Please contact me at teri@terijames.com before mailing a return. Once your return is approved, you must ship it back within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.

Custom and personalized items

Custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This includes custom sizes, specially arranged custom framing, and artwork personalized with names, logos, brands, text, or other requested changes.

Standard float-framed canvas options offered in my product listings are not considered custom framing and are eligible for returns under the terms above.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item will be replaced free of charge, including custom and personalized items. 

Refunds

I issue your refund to the original payment method on the day I receive your approved return and confirm that it is undamaged, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item under this policy and place a separate order for another item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced free of charge, including custom and personalized items. You will not pay shipping for the replacement.

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and contact teri@terijames.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the packaging.

Please keep the item and packaging and contact me for instructions before sending anything back.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order because production begins quickly.

To request cancellation, email teri@terijames.com with your order number. Cancellation requests received within this window will be honored and refunded to the original payment method.

After the one-hour cancellation window, eligible non-custom items may still be returned after delivery under the return terms above.
