Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policies
Shipping on all standard products offered in my shop is FREE! If a custom order falls outside of standard shipping, such as a heavy frame or extremely large canvas or print, additional shipping charges may apply. I will verify with my customer any additional charges before shipment is arranged.
Canvases and metal prints are shipped via UPS. Photo prints and mounted prints are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on size.
On occasion, products are damaged during shipping. In these cases, please let me know immediately and be sure to send photos of the damaged product and box. The professional print labs that I use will reprint and reship any damaged items at no cost to you.
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, your order will be updated with tracking information as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately. Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery if returned in the original shipping container and in original condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, I will issue a refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customized orders including a logo or name are not eligible for return.
When an order is placed, I do my best to have your product printed as quickly as possible. Therefore, any cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
