Are your images produced by AI?

What is the difference between a canvas gallery wrap and a float framed canvas?
A canvas gallery wrap is a type of wall art where a printed image, typically a photograph or artwork, is stretched and wrapped around the edges of a wooden frame, creating a seamless, frameless presentation. The image extends over the sides of the frame, giving a three-dimensional effect and allowing the artwork to be displayed without a traditional frame.
A float framed canvas is the same as above with a solid wood float frame added. Unlike traditional framing, the canvas is secured slightly away from the frame's edges, creating a "floating" effect where a small gap (usually 1/4 to 1/2 inch) exists between the canvas and the inner edge of the frame. This gap enhances the three-dimensional appearance, making the canvas appear to "float" within the frame and adds just of touch of modern to your farmhouse decor. See more info here.
What is the difference between a Paper Photo Print and a Mounted Photo Print?
Once framed, they look exactly the same! The mounted print is rigid, is not easily bent or creased. Mounting is recommended for the larger sizes, as a big paper print is hard to handle without damaging. A mounted print is easily framed as it does not require additional backing.
How do I clean and care for my canvas?
To ensure your Canvas Gallery Print remains vibrant and in excellent condition over time, here are some simple care and maintenance tips:
Avoid Direct Sunlight: While our canvas prints are UV resistant, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can still cause fading. Position your artwork in a place where it will receive indirect or diffused light to preserve the colors.
Dust Regularly: Lightly dust your canvas prints using a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. Avoid using cleaning chemicals or water, which can damage the surface of the canvas.
Keep Away from High Humidity: Areas with high humidity can potentially lead to mildew. Try to hang your prints in a climate-controlled environment.
Handle with Care: When moving your canvas, avoid touching the surface directly. Always support the frame or the edges of the canvas to prevent stretching or puncturing. While our western canvas prints are stretched to tensions that meet art quality, the prints should not be considered indestructible and should be treated as you would treat any art.
How soon will I receive my wall art?
Your canvas gallery wraps and float framed canvases usually take 4 business days to prepare. Photo prints and mounted prints are ready to ship in about 3 days. Framed prints take a bit longer, up to 7 business days, since they’re more detailed. Shipping time comes after production. During busy holiday seasons, add an extra day or two.
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
Do you print these yourself?
I wish I could print them myself, but no, my products are printed, framed and shipped by professional prints labs that are selected for their outstanding products and customer service. All products are produced and shipped from the USA.
Can I purchase the digital files?
I don't sell my digital files except in the rare case that a product is needed that is not offered by the print labs I use. If you are shopping for an unusual photography product that I don't have listed, please get in touch!
Can you change or customize a photo?
I sure can! Just contact me to discuss what you'd like to see. Since these are my personal photos, I can make changes! The most common change I make is turn a color photo into black and white wall art. I can also add text such as a family name or date. If personalization is requested, I will send a mockup to make sure it's exactly right!
See more information about personalized western art here.
I also have a few "designed to be personalized" western artworks to include baby or family names, cattle brands, logos, etc. See those here.
What happens if my canvas or print is damaged during shipping?
It does happen, although rarely. In the case of your wall art being damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the box. My arrangement with the printing labs ensures that you will receive a replacement as soon as we can get it to you!
I ordered a photo print, how do I get it framed?
You have lots of options! I usually take my wall art prints to Hobby Lobby, or a custom framer if you have one locally. There you can see the frames and mats available and select the options that look best with the print and with your decor.
I'm confused by frame sizes, can you explain?
Frame sizes are measured by the dimensions of the opening of the frame, not the overall size of the frame itself. Example: for a 24"x36" print framed in a 2" wide frame, the overall finished product size would be 28" x 40". For this print, however, you would shop for a 24"x36" frame (opening dimension).
In summary, when you see a frame size like 5x7 or 11x14, it’s describing the size of the picture or artwork that fits in the frame’s opening.
What size should I buy?
If you're in doubt about what size would fit best, please contact me! With a photo of your room, I can create a "mockup" and place the canvas (in different sizes) on your wall. In addition to sizes, it's very helpful to visualize how my western and rustic artwork will compliment your decor.
